Document Management for Regulated Teams
Document control that holds up to an audit.
UNENTROPY-eDMS runs the full document lifecycle, from draft through review, approval, training, and archival. Every action lands in an audit trail, every approval carries a signature, and every permission is scoped. Deploy it on-premises or in the cloud.

Platform
One system for the entire document lifecycle
Every capability works from the same source of truth, so nobody is reconciling three tools to answer one question.
Workflow Management
The lifecycle everything else hangs off: upload, multi-stage review, approval, versioning, publishing, and archival. Routing is configurable per document type, and every transition is recorded with who moved it and when.
Search & Management
Combinable filters across large document sets, with bulk operations and type-based categorization.
Training Management
SOP-based scheduling and progress tracking, tied to the live version of the document being trained on.
User Management & RBAC
Granular permissions, groups, and hierarchical org structure with activity analytics.
Compliance
What an inspector asks for, already recorded
Nothing here needs switching on. Audit capture, signature binding, and permission scoping are how the system operates by default.
Every action, attributed
Logins, document actions, permission changes, password events, and print jobs are each captured with the acting user and a timestamp.
Signatures bound to versions
A signature records its meaning, its signer, and the exact document version it applied to. Superseding a document does not detach its signing history.
Access scoped by role
Permissions are assigned through roles and groups rather than per user, so an access review reads as a short list instead of a spreadsheet.
Deployment
Run it where your data policy says it has to run
The same platform, operated by you or by us. Neither option puts your documents in a shared tenancy.
On-Premises
Runs inside your own network, including air-gapped environments, with data residency and backups under your control.
Cloud-Hosted
We manage the infrastructure, patching, and monitoring. You still get a dedicated environment, not a shared one.
